Educational Coding Services
CODEMED offers a number of educational workshops customized to meet your coding needs. Workshops include beginning, intermediate and advanced sessions for ICD-9, CPT-4, HCPCs Level I and Level II, and E & M coding. Workshops also cover DRGs, MDCs, APCs and Modifier usage. CODEMED offers preparation workshops for coders planning to take the Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) examinations offered by AHIMA. Educational courses are scheduled throughout the year. CODEMED will work with you to provide weekly, monthly or annual workshops. Workshop attendees will be issued AHIMA approved continuing education units, (CEUs). All CODEMED educational sessions are led by credentialed instructors, provide continuing education credits for professionals and meet Federal compliance requirements.
