Assembly/Analysis/Abstracting
The CODEMED team is equipped to perform a full spectrum of projects and services for your medical facility. We will pick up your charts from nursing stations, assemble or arrange them in the order you desire, analyze them for completeness using your guidelines and enter the deficiencies into your computer system. We will provide clerical support for your suspension system, send notification letters to physicians, and prepare reports for your Medical Staff and Administration in compliance with California (State) guidelines.
