APC & Analysis
CODEMED will conduct a detailed analysis of APCs, to assure that CPT-4 and modifier codes have been assigned according to official coding guidelines. In addition to the review of coding accuracy, this analysis includes an assessment of the adequacy of documentation available to coding personnel. Following the report of the analysis findings, CODEMED will recommend, prepare and present relevant educational programs to your coding professionals, physicians and ancillary staff.
